    I Thought the natural Radioactive decay that creates the
    heat anomoly was Inert down there.
    Needless to say, it should not be a cause of alarm for the the public.
    Two entirely different scenarios mining for U308 and Geo
    drilling.
    4 Mining U308 is harvested out of the ground, shipped to wherever and infused into the isotopes.

    4 Geos the U308 stays where it is.
    (a simple example)
