    Last I spoke to ASIC about the blackout period for directors buying shares, the answer I got was there is no defined duration enforced by law. It rests with each listed company to formulate it's own charter to prevent insider trading. The rules may have changed since I spoke to them 2 years ago. Not sure. Do you know for a fact that it's 2 weeks?
