woddonnee, the AGW argument is based on one very simple, simplistic? notion, increased atmospheric CO2 equates to increased warming.
Anyone with any idea at all of the weather, the planet, the solar system, knows that the more you learn about any of the relevant subjects the more complex it becomes. The weather has been around since before mankind, but today scientists are still discovering sytems that help explain why todays weather was different to this day last year, and why this day next year is going to be different again.
So it appears to me that the AGW theory is too simple to be real, but at the same time is so simple and uncomplicated that it makes it attractive for many people to become believers. Algore is not trying to target the thinking man is he.
