Actually i did shop around and red energy was the cheapest. Signed up and about 2 week later i received a letter stating they had misquoted the price and up the price went. So in a year it has gone from ~22c to 36.5c/kWh. Something stinks with red energy. Even though my rate went up today, their website still has the old rates once you finally find them. Will investigate alternatives
