Very reassuring. Just the sort of model that shareholders needed to see. Still have to read through this 2008 version in detail but see that all the terms and conditions are set out unambiguously - as they should be in any legal contract. Probably some amendments introduced from earlier contracts used by JV partners but since the rights and responsibilities of both sides are covered in detail the court decision should be pretty straight forward.
