Aim
To assist with the challenges of operating a listed coal mining and development company in different geographic locations.
Solution
A highly experienced member of the Cannings Purple team was made available to work on an in-house basis for the Perth headquarters of ZYL for a set period each week. The consultant concentrated on improving the quality of communications between the Australian and South African locations of ZYL by acting as a central communication point.
Outcome
A more effective model of investor communication co-ordination was established.
