If that is your "road block" at .14, consider this.
Sell 32% of your parcel at .135
Sell 33% of your parcel at .14
Sell 35% of your parcel at .145
Averages your target across the sale points and reduces the "scare" factor. Plus you make out .001% percent ahead.. Ok, but seriously play with the %'s and you could come out a fair bit ahead. Good idea?
Unless that is you want to scare people away? It sure does look like an accumulators cap, ready to be lifted off as the "pot boils"
