I think it's a very real possibility, I think the Model 3 will be the kick-start for the next big leg up, not just for Cobalt but all feed-stock required for LiB, Cobalt has the additional advantage of being in very short and unreliable supply.

We just need drilling to come back with some good hits, judging by the recent buy volume, the odds are looking good.
Our Processing Plant is already over 5 weeks in construction phase and November is approaching quickly. If commissioning is successful, combined with good drill result and very big change in sentiment (IMO) towards EV's & Storage by November.

Strong gains from current MC if all plays out.
