Think this could be the start of a few large deals. I also think we could see some large sales out of China and the UK very soon. But for me the exciting part will be once they deliver recurring income which I hope will happen later this year. I also really like KSX and have done very well holding a nice parcel there too. I am sure there is more upside there as well which of course will be great for MVH holders
