edliw,if you are not an apologist for GTP then you are either a fool or just mischeavous.If you are a rural consultant I feel sorry for your clients.
Do you read or comprehend anything written on this forum?
The loans are secured by fixed and floating charges over all assets.In the event of a default/receivership the debt will have NO IMPACT on investors in timber or trees.The receiver will have the problem of dealing with the lenders and try and flog the land that is encumbered with our lease.This will be difficult but not our problem.
Please pontificate elsewhere as you are not positively contributing to this very sad situation for us MIS investors.You are,in my opinion,just trying to confuse.
Oh,by the way,I believe GTP WILL NOT survive.
