PCK , RAP and ALC are stocks which intitially seemed very slow to make ground. RAP rto'd at .02 , but fell below the issue price for sometime. Admittedly these are health related stocks, but they share in common the fact they have been first movers in disrupting existing industry practices. In this case, SCL, is a first mover in recruitment in the International sector. Need to be patient here I think until the market cottons on to the potential.
