    Hi guys,

    All fair posts. Here are my responses;

    Petey, my concern is that if there are more production issues, it will cost a lot more than the $50mm cash they now have to fix the problem. We have seen the HUGE cash burn since June to fix these issues (Davo, I think I have previously seen a post by you on how much cash they have gone through. Do you know the amount?) and if they go through cash at that rate of burn again they will need to raise more capital, which may be tough.

    Davo, I own my stock through CFDs so my rights process is different than I assume yours is. I just checked and you are correct...the new stock lists on Tuesday. Happy to show you my statement to avoid getting a bad rep on this board.

    Gself, I do not work there or know anyone who works at Apex, but I do know someone who is extremely close to the deal. He has advised caution in regard to the production issues.

    I now hold 10% of the stock I held at my peak, so yes I want the stock to go down to where I see fair value so I can buy more. I just think this current price is a rich level for the company. Just my opinion, and might make you a bit of money if you trade your holdings around.

    Who is correct in regard to selling pressure on TUESDAY next week? Time will tell.
