The Shaw issue should not be an issue...just means ddt may have to come back to shareholders mid term if they want to issue more shares. If the deal was Ok it should have got through.....May have been a related transaction to the two directors.

Price fall may be director related or people bailing over the uncertainty over income streams from NZ and Taiwan. May now be a longer term buy.

I'll continue to hold until further info comes to light re the two directors. May be a buying op in the meantime?????
