I think it's time to move on from the past with Rincon. ASIC are not going to do anything about it now and were aware of the details of the transaction at the time. This on the hand, is blatant misrepresentation to shareholders with no correspondence even acknowledging the fact an offer in excess of the original corsair bid had been received.
I'm still a little perturbed at shareholders voting for the transaction when there was such an outcry from small shareholders on this forum. There seems be a lot of anger, but no action from the people on this forum. If you're sick of the board, then get rid of them at the AGM! Don't sit and lament, use your vote to show them that they're doing something wrong rather than patting them on the back with an overwhelming majority.
Just for the record, my vote in the EGM constituted just under 10% of the "No vote" and I would hope in the next meeting my percentage will be well under that for the negative on ALL resolutions.
