By the way, I forgot to mention before that maybe, a copy of that letter be sent to the Australian Shareholders Association (ASA), that may, if invited to attend, will ask the questions.
They have very good ASA represenative that attend meetings and IMHO, have no fear in asking the questions either.
As a matter of facts, I always chose them (unless it slips my mind) as my proxy to votes in all the resolutions for the Company AGM's that I do hold shares in.
The more that can ask the questions, the merrier.
