Building activities are at 16 year lows now , Csr has strong market positions but the whole sector is extremely weak .
Veridian is at loss , if it can maintain Ebitda positive it will be real good news , but I think this is unlikely .
Property is ok , but they are just bits and pieces .
Asbestos liability is a big problem and compensation payout are increasing every year , for this reason alone csr will never be a takeover target .
Yes zero debt, great news but the asbestos liability make up for that .
Sp has had a good rally from lows , but there will be no good news coming in the immediate future ,
