That was not my intention. I'm well aware children can set fire to many things. I'm just not sure, in this case, they should be getting shot because of it.

Anyway, I feel like you're mixing your argument up a bit. I've been told that children can be 17 years old and I've been told about a rape in Northern Australia, neither of which apply to this case. It seems like you're scratching around for a plausible argument.
