Oh, the word police tactic is being called in to try and restore a bit of credibility to your mishmash argument that's brought in a rape from North Australia and other little odd spot comments.

When a group of Israeli soldiers can spot a child hiding on a hill and another child standing on a friend's doorstep, and they take a potshot at both of them, I can consider such wilful and open disregard as "routine shooting". That is just one of a number of reports. You can choose to call it what you like.
