See the recent commercial update of 26/2/10.
Sure these things happen when rolling out a new product and they just want to make sure it performs to the highest standard, however, at the AGM the impression I got was the controlled rollout was basically complete (everything OK) and now they were ready to expand the rollout.
Very frustrating indeed.
