I was in that courtroom for three days and I can tell you it was not all down to the judge. Jenny H just had a far superior barrister and there was some irrational mistakes made by certain persons in using an out of date investor registry for the voting system. .One of the remarks made the Judge was to the effect that even if one person was left out of the vote it would be a miscarriage of justice . The other remark that comes to mind that was that investors ,themselves, had made the decision to vote for WC and the resolutions .Remember other investors put a lot of their time lives and money into trying to tell people the true facts . So those investors who lost money have only themselves to blame.
