if they wanted to regulate the market then they wouldn't put out that many instruments in the first place.
for example, why would somebody sell something he doesn't own?????
but they are not in interested in a simple market place. they want confusion.
with "they" i mean the banks.

nobody knows what is going on, just few(like ags).
and the best thing at the end: they have no risk because the tax payer money will bail them out!
perfect! why change a thing???
