Can shorts be seen, rather than somehow calculated or otherwise qualitatively determined, so that long investors can determine what short investors are doing? Seems to me long investors have no easy way to determine if their stocks are being short selled?
Surely this practice can be made more transparent to the benefit of all coy SH's? It might also flush out all those practitioners who have a vested interest in bringing down a coy, rather than just profiting on a coy's demise?
