Really Orga,
There's no satisfying you.
You ask me "why?" regarding my statement that Centro deserved to be shorted on fundamental and technical grounds.
Notice the past tense.
So I give you my reasons why, on a technical basis, Centro was a short. And what do I get from you:
"Pointing to charts with hindsight after the fact does not cut it. In any case these are technicals not fundamentals."
Please be consistent.
Then I get this from you:
" ... presumably will feel pretty foolish if CNP makes its way back up to the 3 to 4 dollar mark."
I believe I have consistently said that at this point in time there is no indication on technical grounds that Centro has changed from a down trend to an uptrend. Therefore it would be unwise to put money into Centro on such a basis.
I've said that if the trend changes then I'd be happy to change that position. The likely cause of a trend change: news of a satisfactory resolution of the funding crisis that Centro currently finds itself in.
So - let's get down to the future. Two things to look for:
1. One clear sign that the down trend has changed would be a break above the current down trend line to be followed by a higher low and a higher high.
2. Further: a convincing change in trend would be indicated by a positive crossover of the weekly MACD.
No hindsight - there it is for you - what to look for in the future.
No looking silly - there it is in black and white for you.
Then you accuse me of being relentless in my posting.
I might point that you have been relentless in pursuing my posts. One of the reasons I have posted so often is to answer your questions.
I won't be answering any more posts from you as I think it is pointless.
Cheers
