so the article is stating that manipulation can 'put stocks down'

this is exactly what we are saying and in the process create panic and scare people out of positions and guess who picks up the cheap shares.

Remember this is done with borrowed shares from Australian Super Funds; so you lose out twice!

i won't waste any more time but that article would be an extremely weak defence and easily torn apart if ever used in a legal defence.

Give me a break, it starts off by stating that manipulation can put stocks down.
