Just listened to an article about how some hedge funds pay experts to scare people out of positions so they sell thus allowing hedge funds to cover short positions.

Wow! Would be interested to know if if happens in australia and what kind of steps authorities taking.

one never knows if the hedge funds have been active in gda,shorting the stock, and now have to cover their positions. watch out for downrampers, who might be working for these nasty hedge funds.

watso thinks that it has been those nasty hedge funds, that have probably been constantly shorting gda, all year, that has driven down the price of the stock.

if a hedge fund approaches watso to downramp gda, then as a matter of principle, watso will refuse to be involved in any murky "cash for comments" scheme. watso will do it for free
