Hi Kenroy, I'm not accurately sure about their acquire price, but unless they are shot or funds and need to fire sale their shares they won't be wanting anything less that the top dollar they can get for them.
If someone sold and the SP dropped to $1.50 on millions of volume, someone is buying them and the upside value of them.
