    BUT

    How much should we believe that the hedge will be voided by bankruptcy and not treated as an asset for sale? Or will this end up transfering NGFs money to the lawyers?
    I have tried to google the 2002 ISDA contract without success.

    Are their precendents for this? This is obviously a very important point for the SP.

    Does anyone know anything about this? Maybe we can offer to buy the hedge from the administrators of LBCC and see what they say.
