In earlier posts I did say that "even with CNP using CER as a cash cow that CER could still make a profit and pay a dividend"

Those charges are in the past and certainly were the result of creative accounting. With new and independant directors this should not be happening now so it makes a good dividend for this financial year more and more likely. Dividends are the factor that will reinstate CER to funds favouritism and the resulting SP increase.
