Good question! On TV shows ( like the Simpsons ) you see the repo men come round to people's houses and walk out with the big-screen TV's. I guess that happens here, I dunno. I also dunno what a used big-screen TV is worth.
Maybe not so easy to rip out installed carpets, kitchens etc which I suspect most of that borrowed money is spent on.
