    Good accurate comment and maybe someone - one of the bigger players - might want to discuss this with PSV management prior to making a move.... but very fair comment. I know very little about who owns PSV and why (I own a 100k or so as of yesterday) but I do know that a move from 30-->20 on that news with that asset is overdone. Not a day trader's stock. DYOR and good luck.
