yeah, that’s what I was getting at. Many investors don’t like the uncertainty of IO prices. If they hedge a reasonable amount for say 2-3 years, then that goes away. Locks in the profits. Also locks in the soon to be announced divs as well.
I think we have around 7 years LOM now, some step out drills might increase that a bit and we’re all hoping for some serious tons (5-30mt) on our JV ground. If we have div and hedging announced and we then hit some decent tons that extend LOM, then we’re off to the moon.
any increase in output (with transport issues sorted), would be cream on top.
