Economics 101 would suggest the US prints 2 Trillion dollars that this may have a devaluating effect on the US dollar and with their consumer society their imports would cost more causing inflation. Also fed has stated infinite QE. Same applies to the Australian Government but at least we aren't as broke as the yanks to start with. Also interest rates near zero so money will be attracted to gold as a store of wealth and maybe a better return than zero. Happy to assist in your learning.
