    National Leisure & Gaming Limited (ASX:NLG) refers to previous announcements
    relating to the Mezzanine Loan Facility Agreement between NLG and TWH (Qld) Pty
    Ltd (Hedley).
    NLG now advises that the Mezzanine Loan Facility Agreement has been amended to
    incorporate an extension of the Agreement until 31 July 2009.
    NLG thanks the BNZA/NAB and the Company’s mezzanine debt lender, Hedley, for
    their continued and invaluable support.
