It is a joke what GIP plans to do with its share of the heemskirk project, and something I just posted on the SRZ fourm (I hold SRZ not GIP) is a recent broker report valued the in ground tin at $800 per tonne.
Therfore for GIP the project should be values at around 15.68 million which is many multiples of the 800-900k they have put forward (49,000*40%*800=15.68m)
which ever way you want to look at it, GIP is being ripped off, I just hope SRZ offer 1m to GIP for the 40% stake... its a win win as I see it ;)
