Huh... a bit of backbone at last, but much too late.
Interesting that TNC say they need until February to establish their financial position. This would support an assertion of 'reckless' trading if they have been trading (and I suspect they have been for quite some time, and certainly right through the period of their constant appeals) without knowing their position.
Also the comment from our lawyer "He said TNC should not be able to trade while insolvent" might indicate (we) could be considering a possible personal action against the officers of TNC? I certainly hope so!!!
