Zin, while i agree there are clearly skeletons in the closet, there are many more reputable sources of information on the topic than this blog. I wouldn't trust anything I read here as far as i could throw it. DYOR
Jump on the HEG forum and you get the same picture. Go over all HEG's announcements and you get the same picture. Fact is they destroyed 97% of s/h wealth and diluted s/h by 57%. I have every right to be worried of Gutnicks intentions with these guys.
