Im not 100% sure how it works but I think the company may have to explain why it should be considered price-sensitive.
I would consider, in all 3 of those announcements there was price-sensitive information. If the asx questions them or thinks its not I guess its up to management to explain why signing a binding loan term sheet for US$10mill is important for a AU10mill company, or how renewing mining leases that were due to expire at the end of the year is important as the project would be screwed if the renewal was rejected etc.
I am glad they gave us a price-sensitive announcement for the ore sorter tests as it does show they're listening.
