hegarty cgg and ozl's martabe copper/gold mine

hey guys (esp remote)
been thinking and want to pose question to all esp remote who seems to know quite a bit on cgg.
From news reports it seems that Hegarty together with investec are front runners to buy ozl martabe copper gold mine in indonesia ( a muslim country like saudi),investec I belive have a gold mining company here in oz (former listed producer view resources). the question: is it possible that should deal happen martabe mine to be rolled into ccg, me thinking aloud only any thoughts Remote?
