suckers rally for sure, the person who got 20c for his shares was lucky, and the person buying will reflect upon his action and conclude that he was a right proper wally.
nothing new in the announcement - everything was already know, except the date
first resistance at 22c - someone is dreaming - , more likely to be to 17c, before it sees 22c
