in another post, watso acknowledged that he overlooked the fact that a prospectus needed to be issued for the freebies. watso suggested that when the prospectus was released , that it might show that current assets would exceed current liabilities by about $650,000 - but that they would need a lot more, if they were going to drilling at parker range. a capital raising is on the cards. who knows, maybe they will get sufficient funds from the exercise of options - but that would not raise (together with what is in the bank) much more than enough to pay for the drilling, and other costs for one quarter - sorry - a capital raising coming your way.

anyway - look at the trades in the stock - it seems that there is one 50,000 transaction that would be worth about $10,000 - but the rest are piddly amounts

will see 17c, before it sees 22c
