Fundamentally disagree with the criticism of MSA's. The company has stated time and again the importance of the pay as you go, cancel anytime business model. It's fine to attribute no value to them, but this is the business model, so maybe its not the best investment for you if you don't support the core business model.
Personally I like that the company has such faith in its product that they do not need to lock customers in to usage/time, and believe their product will add enough value to justify its continued/increasing usage. I also like that it reduces risks to enterprise that they can confidently engage the company, safe in the knowledge that if the product does not perform they can cancel. Pathway to enterprise, and valuable data.
I'll say again, revenue not the name of the game at this stage. It's a land grab, this is the stated strategy.
Execution risk is what we have been wading through the past year and a half, and this seems like great validation of the ability to implement.
