Neither does the example allow for the stack degrading (which ALL stacks do over time) which will reduce efficiency from 60% down to probably below 35% over the 10 years, so power output will be 43% lower, falling to that over the 10 years, so the returns will diminish each year to a final 43% per annum below where it started.
The example is what I refer to as 'massaging the figures' and any technology person or boiler salesman will spot it straight away.

Your savings will never happen because the degradation reduces the returns year after year. Payback will never happen in 10 years. Chances are that a new one will be needed before the 10th year as the user will be 50% down on power output by then and will be spending cash on electric from the grid.
