stx chart looks pretty good after finding gas

Gas on the east coast is double the price of WA
Anyone who finds gas in the east will be in high demand

South east coast has seen large volatility deltas. Peak I've seen in last few years have been around ~$12/GJ. Last winter I believe we were around $8-$10/GJ
The history on this chart doesn't go far enough but it is a start to give you an idea. You can google the rest.

The prices above are domestic sales. Export prices are similar but perhaps slice off a ~$1 or more, but a lot of volatility there as well for spot export prices unless it is contracted for multiple years. WA if I'm not mistaken has been around ~$3-$4/GJ.
