the much vaunted pep 11 is just one bit of ocean and theres nothing to suggest its any better then any other bit of land or ocean ,but with oil and gas prices where they are now its not worth the high costs of offshore drilling,.look how mmr has gone just in last 12 months even at three cents people were telling me im an idiot for not thinking mmr is ok
