Excellent post, Roper. My initial instinct when I read about LNGL going for the entire 8mtpa instead of starting with the 1st train was that it sounded like a "Hail Mary" option- trying to get it in before the window closes. Learning we are out of the loop on the Panama option really hurts. I'd like to know what Timbo thinks of this... and the fact that we are a "no go" with only the 2 mtpa when all the presentations say it is viable is disheartening as well.
