As i have said before, I think there needs to be some changes at management level. There needs to be a solid mining person and people that first of all know what they are doing, know how to communicate and know how to get things moving. More importantly can sort things out on the ground. There is one stuff up after the next. One delay after the next. One technical problem after the next. One excuse after the next[although because they don't communicate that you wouldn't know!]. Seriously, what do they actually do all day?
Problem is that the board is not putting pressure on anyone to get things moving as they all work together hand in hand so its one feeding the other so they aren't going to do anything that is right for the future direction of the company. I just cant see who has the expertise. i think there needs to be a clean wipe of the board and/or management.
