The biggest shareholder in ICG only holds 23 million shares.
To dump 40 million shares in the market during the relatively short period will not affect the SP is something I find it hard to reconcile.This action not only hurt the SP in general but the confidence of investors in general.
My comments are not meant to be policital, but factual relating to the findings of Gray which I think is impressive.
