It was the board that put the proposal to shareholders that the Chair who had taken half of each of their prior placements be offered the chance to maintain her equity.

She only took the chair to ensure that the new money was spent on the drilling as had been promised in both the prior two placements.

She was able to achieve in two months what the board had not in the prior year, ie to put a drill bit into the ground.

Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the placement but the board prefered to slight her hoping the results would enable them to place the stock at a higher level. They were wrong, yet again!
