If USA had acted like we did here from the beginning, social distancing, wearing masks, have lock down, restrict movements between states and have people coming in from over seas go into 14 days isolation and do contacting tracing from the start. Maybe there would not be millions of community spreaders and ongoing contact tracing would not be so difficalt
I would add had USA done that the covid pandemic would not have got out of control, and a hell of a lot of deaths could have been avoided.
