Did I say he was a monster? He is aware of the Evangelical congregations that believe they don't need a vaccine because they have Jesus. That's a large part of his base. That base is diminishing as they catch covid. It's beneficial for him to feed them what they want to hear rather than inform them it's better they take the vaccine.
Credit should be given to Trump for operation warpspeed. It's deserved. If you think Trump is deserving of accolades for pandering to Evangelicals, then that's on you as they drop off.
